However I believe the AGVA was alright and its too bad that Hamid and others in fighting with Irvin Feld pretty well doomed it with their Circus Producers contract. But that argumentive and another story. The jest of it was that Irvin, after taking over Ringling signed a contract of no more Pro-Rata contracts and insisted that producers with AGVA acts should do the same, so Hamid and Co. could not abide by that, so so nlong Agva, except for Ringling and Penny Singleton.
