You have to do this know in Australia and every where in Europe. The animals have to be able to go outside any time the feel like it, so the door to the cages have to be open at all times. You can close them at night but if some animal rights person complains the have to stay open at night as well and you can sleep out there with them

in australia they have to have access to the outside enclosure atleast 6 hours a day but we let them out from 7am til 10pm
yes it is set up every town even one nighters
and that doesnt stop the do gooders they're still not happy, no matter what you do, those fools wont be happy. and our paddocks are massive.
