Buckles - Is this the same Dougie Ashton who was with Ringling in the '70s??? ~frank
This subject came up before and caused quite a debate.
It was resolved that Mr. Ashton is indeed the dean of Australian showmen but not the Dougie Ashton we all knew from the Ringling Show.
Does anyone know where Dougie is now?
He and Sally worked on our show when he was in Australia and I would like to catch up with him again. We had a ton of fun about 20 years ago!
