The march to the Verizon Center included, from left, Vicki Zsilak, wife of animal superintendent Alex Petrov and daughter of the wonderful juggler Fudi now retired to his native Hungary, along with ringmaster Chuck Wagner and two showgirls. There were nice crowds along most streets for the two-and-a-quarter mile route to the building made between 10:30 and 11 in the morning. Lots of daycare kids sat along the curbs, I saw construction crews stop their work to watch while Capital Hill residents stepped out to their front steps and a lobbyist for the railroads I met who found unexpected joy in his walk to Congressional offices. |

I'll bet Don Foote is spinning in his grave like a lathe!
Oh, come on Buckles! I think Don would have LOVED the new Traditional Ringmasters regalia. Isn't the ringmaster 'king' of his domain?

Please explain because I don't understand why you would dress 3 pretty showgirls in nude sleeves and tops.
Is showing flesh not considered politically correct? Don Foote knew how to push up the boobs and show off the legs.
The rest looks like it was made on the kitchen table of the high school cheerleader's mother with the assistance of her neighbor who had leftover McCalls patterns from last years dance recital.
I don't want to hear any bitching from the die-hards, this is my story and I'm sticking to it. So to save time, yes we all know you love the new generation of Ringling.
There is no accounting for good taste.
From the way the elephant men are dressed, it looks like a cold day so something extra has been added to the ladies costumes.
That being said, they all look to be the same size and ill fitting, something like a Middle School would turn out for it's cheerleaders.
Anyone that would wear one of those hats absolutely deserves an A-Plus.
Buckles,
Very good. You got here first to spank anonymous. It is bizarre how some can not really think about what it is they are saying or looking at. Compared to Don Foote, of course a blind man could see it isn't even close. But a reasonable person would also know the purpose of the underneath leotards.

Can we name the other two showgirls?
