Cristiani-Wallace, 13 Aug 1962-2, originally uploaded by bucklesw1. 2 – After the disastrous Fall foray into Texas of the grand Cristiani show in 1960, Pete Cristiani fielded his Wallace Bros. show in 1961 using the tent and some trucks of the old family show. For 1962, the family name was added though most of the trucks seen in these photos still carried paint jobs and title from the previous season. Here is the marquee laid out with the silver concession and office semi in back and a food joint and truck in between; a midget who often helped set up stands in the center by a stake and part of the side show front can be seen at the back right.
