Anonymous said...: As a former Big John Strong Circus alumnus, I doubt this photo was taken on Percy's Turner Bros., but most likely on Big John's show. Don't recognize the performer with the dog and pony, but this sure looks like it was taken on Strong's circus.

Since you mention the name of the performer as "LeBeau", then this might be Dwayne LeBeau who was a fixture around West Coast circuses, Jungleland and shows during the 1970s. Would bet my last dollar on that, but it could well be Dwayne.; 27 January, 2009 10:59
