This has to be either "Pee Wee" or "Suzie Q" (later "Pete" and "Sue") shortly after being imported in 1952.
The man leading her looks like Johnny Cline's long time groom "Clarabelle?" (can't remember his real name).
Looks like "Sid" standing in the door with Richard Shipley.

Not that anyone will ever read this late late comment, but the guy at the right with the well-combed hair is a young Joseph "Red" Hartman.
