The second picture is an amazing carving from an elephant camp in Thailand. I wonder how many people pitched in on this and how long it took.

The rest of the photos are unidentified, at least to me and I was hoping you could shed a little more light on them besides what can be spotted in the backgrounds.

Reminds me of the great figure groupings at the entrance to the Selig Zoo, which survive to some degree. See: http://www.lincolnheightsla.com/selig/
Staturay like this could once be seen in other zoos, too, part of what was then considered zoo architecture.
