It is with a heavy heart and a great deal of sadness that I write to tell you that Mary "Neon" Oliver has lost her battle with cancer. I spoke with her daughter Rhonda today and learned of her passing. Neon was surrounded by family at the time of her passing to the Big Circus Ring in the Sky. Rhonda will be sending me more information within the next day and I will pass further information along as I get it.
