Blog Delimma!

Busy day yesterday, I took the grandkids to a movie, about a mouse with big ears, to keep them occupied while the last of the Christmas shopping was done.
During the course of the day I mentioned to Shannon several times about the glitch with "Blogger's Comments".
He said he would take care of it but this morning I see the problem still exists.
This smacks of "Gross Ineffiency!"

Ringling ring-a-round-the-rosie show in New York next spring has super premium tickets for $154.50 each, but that includes a $4.50 facility charge. Please note that the ticket price does not include the $15. extra charge for the convenience fee for using ticketmaster. That is a charge of $15 PER TICKET for using ticketmaster.
Fore warned is fore armed.
Next down the line is the loge level at $74.50 per ticket.

Having spent 30 years programming main frame computers, I have a hard time blaming the guy who is only trying to help his dad get the thing straightened out. I think that Shannon does heroic efforts to keep this thing running.
Don't blame the volunteer, he is only doing what he can do!

PS: Shannon, you are doing the best job I ever could imagine, keping this thing going.

Buckles,
Don't get soft and listen to Bob. In the old days we would have red lighted somebody for a whole lot less. Bob Kitto Hoffa, organize someplace else, Pal. Don't start that pay the volunteers nonsense here.

I had read in another site that microsoft is having problems. They suggested people:

Go to start menu
Go to programs
Go to accessories
Go to system tools
Go to system restore
At restore pick a date to restore which would be a date before the problem started.

I don't know if it will work. I am not a computer wiz by any means. Just passing on the info and maybe someone who does know about this kinda stuff will know if it will work or not.

Re 2009 Ringling prices at the Garden..

Yes.. and if you go to other ticket agencies.. I'll bet you can find $500 tickets!!

I went on Ticketmaster this morning and they have perfectly
good seats (section 132 - end arena - which is the direction the show faces now)- for Opening Night Mar 26 - $16.50 plus $3.50 convenience charge. If you want to print your ticket using TicketFast it's an additional $2.50.

Since I still like to sit
center.. on which used to be the "show" side.. I go to the box office.

I'm using my preferred customer code AH59.

(Since they're remodeling the Garden soon I'm afraid Ringling Bros may go the way of the ice shows.. and only play the other 3 venues close-by.)

Wade,
Where is Hoffa when we need him? A long tome ago we played an antique show in Pontiac, MI and every morning I got to pass the restaurant that was his last known
appearance. It still gives me chills 30 years later!!!
Merry Christmas!
