The tigers make their first appearance early on in the film. Ayan keeps a dozen or so of them inside of a large walled enclosure on the palace grounds. “I have a fondness for tigers – they are reliable – when one needs them,” he tells the architect, who is beginning to have his suspicions about Ayan’s true motives for having the tomb built. |
