Wolong was the epicenter of the monster 7.9 earthquake that hit the Sichuan Province of China on May 12. It killed some 70,000 people. Wolong is also the location of the giant panda research and conservation center. When the quake struck, there were 63 giant pandas at the center. Luckily only one seems to have been killed. These captivating photos show the staff feeding some of the young ones right after the quake.
