Official Weigh-In............Week #25

Scan000011194.MOD, originally uploaded by bucklesw1.

Today's weight............230 lbs.
Net loss........................26 lbs.

Well, for a week solid I walked my ass off on the treadmill and never lost an ounce.
All I got to show for it is a sore on the bottom of my left foot from the sandpaper surface.

Buckles, you have to psych yourself up for the treadmill. It would be easier if you picture a bull loose in a cornfield, hold a hook and swear! cc

To justify your present condition you state that the muscle tissue you acquired exercising is more dense than fat. Your true goal is a more solid and sculpturesque body.

Buckles,
You can't expect an old war horse to have the same exercise regime that that he had when he was younger and leading the battle charge. He may founder and rotate a coffin bone. But I guess you already found that out. LOL God, take it easy. If it took you 3 months to put the weight on, it might take you 6 to get it off. At least that's what Paul Guthiel told me.

Buckles Cherie;

For me,
the only right way,
to go. was.
at 4:00 AM to get up. put the coffee pot on. and good shoe's. and get out of the door and star waking,, and get fresh air,go around the block.by the time you come back the coffee is made you feel better, have a cup. no sugar no cream.and relax..
but you must do it every day same time.
try it for one months... please.
u will see the different.
sincerely mireille.

HENNY YOUNGMAN: A guy says to a doctor, "I'm having trouble with my love life at home." the doctor says, "Take off 20 pounds and run 10 miles a day for two weeks."
Two weeks later the guy calls the doctor, "Doctor, I took of the 20 pounds and I have been running the 10 miles a day."
"Okay, so how is your love life now?"
"I don't know, I'm 140 miles from home!"

The sandpaper wouldn't hurt so much if you wore socks and shoes.

ACTUALLY YOU HAVE DONE GREAT !
" ESPECIALLY " FOR YOUR AGE

I also believe its Better TONE you Desire ; as your a Big Cat & 230 is OK !
It's NOT the Weight as much as the Waist Size !
BUT HERE ARE SOME ALTERNATIVE AVENUES OF CHOICE :

A) Miles Davis wasn't fat !
Because : He Had Good TONE !
Maby you could Start a LIVE BAND !
Lord Knows the Circus Needs THAT !

B) Get the AB 2 ( a Chair Thing )
THAT WILL DO THE JOB !

C) Take UP Smoking Cigaretts -
( 1 to 3 PACKS a Day )
There's another 20 + lbs.

D) ALL OF THE ABOVE
( accept C )
