I will never understand why any advertising person would ever approve such a busy ad or picture. Having used outdoor advertising for the last 19 years, I would never clutter up any ad. Both of my outdoor advertising reps commented that I was one of the few who knew what to put on a sign.
They pointed out the many people who thought that the more they could squeeze in the better the ad.
I have always billed it like a circus!
What is it, where is it and when is it.
