Who is presenting the C & B bulls?
Last year Ringling took John Ringling North II to court over the infringement of the Ringling name, a trademark title with a long history of good will with the ticket buying public.
I wonder if Ringling is going to take Carson and Barnes to court over the presentation of three rings of elephants with a girl on every elephant because it looks so much like Ringling looked for decades.
It wouldn't take much for those prop shoppers in Palmetto to whip up 3 ring curbs.......opps....sorry, they are making ramps and photo booths for the Monster Truck Shows.
Evidence shows only two rings of elephants presented by C&B--flying act net remains over third ring. Evidence presented at every show of the Ringling red unit indicates show girls on most elephants throughout act so in some ways Ringling still looks like it did for decades.
.......opps....sorry -- isn't that what the peoples court witness should say?????

P.S. Not knocking C&B, just tired of incessent knocking of Ringling by anonymouses.
