Biller Bros. Circus #15

The first year we were married, Barbara and I lived in a "crummy" about half this size.
While moving every day with James Christy Circus I would get up load the elephants and take off for the next lot while Barbara remained in bed.
One morning I was struggling to set up the iron steps when Corky Plunkett happened by and offered to help.
As he glanced in the door he noticed a wisp of red hair at the head of the bed and said, "Good God! It's Marie O'Day!"

I may have missed it, but don't recall ever seeing any photos of the James Christy Circus on the blog. Never saw this one although I know it was out of Hugo and trouped through the Midwest for two or three seasons in the early 1960s.

Anyway, some James Christy photos and your commentary would be most interesting.
