That looks like a Whip...I know where a ride truck mounted whip is for sale in NY.. The guy has about 3 different rides mounted on trucks,,and used to drive them thru neighborhoods ala "Good Humor" icecream trucks...You flag him down...go for a ride..when a stop plays out he moves on...leveling...is done by just not parkin on a severe slant....
The only whip I ever rode on was one at Riverview in Chicago and it was a hell of lot bigger than this thing. Probably would be not on the list of approved rides in this day of consumer activists run by the government. Someone might get hurt. Or maybe have some real fun. Bob Kitto
