BOBBY FAIRCHILDI just received word from Gibsonton that a very dear friend of mine has passed away. This morning I received a phone call informing Me that Bobby Fairchild was found in his home,yesterday. No cause of death has been determined as of right now. Bobby was on many shows that my brother and I worked on. He was a heeva nice guy! Show business will really miss this gentleman! I would like to send my condolences to his family. Dick |

Bobby Fairchild, Also known to my family as "Uncle Bobby" or "Uncle Porky" was a very good uncle to me and my siblings. He was fun, and loved to kid around and play with us. The memories of him will always be good ones,that will be treasured by my family forever.

I got to know Bobby, being in the same type of buisness, and he was always a gentleman, and a friend.
If any details of his final services are available I would certainly appreciate hearing of them!

I spoke with the family and services are Sunday. I will get time and place information and post it here.
I last spoke with Bobby at the Gibtown club on the evening of the circus. We had lots of laughs talking about some of the colorful characters we've both known.
This is a terrible shock to all.

Thanks for the info! I was away working, but was able to get home and get the above info, and get an arrangement sent.
Bobby was such a great person, and although we didn't talk that much, we were always friends! I'll miss those conversations!!!
