I pity the flier that bounces out of that net.
I don't know about other Aerial Bar Acts, but when I was with LaBlondes we had an 18' high net on indoor dates. It also had two sets of spreaders on each side, with shock cord, & stretched tight like a trampoline so wr could rebound back up to the bars.
Bill: Maybe you can elaborate on the following: Elmer Kauffman always claimed that in his youth he had played vaudeville with a "casting" act- and he'd always say, "Not a cast-and-return act" in which bouncing up from the net back into the act was part of the routine.
