Remember Me

To the living, I am gone
To the sorrowful, I will never return
To the angry, I was cheated
But to the happy, I am at peace
And to the faithful, I have never left
I cannot speak, but I can listen
I cannot be seen, but I can be heard
So as you stand upon the shore
Gazing at the beautiful sea, remember me
As you look in awe at a mighty forest
And in its grand majesty, remember me
Remember me in your hearts,
In your thoughts, and the memories of the
Times we loved, the times we cried,
the battle we fought and the times we laughed
For if you always think of me,
I will never have gone.

I read the terrible accounting of Drougette's murder. I am wondering if he was related to Marcos Barrigan's Grandfather also named Drougette. I believe he was a clown on Ringling during the
50's?

My condolences to all who knew and loved Mauricio.

We were friends of Lit's during his concession days on the Big Apple, a wonderful and easygoing guy. We last saw him a couple of years back on Picadilly Circus and it was like old times right off the bat. We were stunned to hear the horrible news while visiting friends working at the NJ Meadowlands Fair.

We will miss Lit and always remember him well; our sincere
sympathy to the Drougette family.

aLL OF US IN THE sARASOTA AREA CIRCUS COMMUNITY ARE in Shock, sadness and sympathy in the news of the death by murder of one of our fine young ne4wer generations of our circus community here in this area. Certainly one of our most respected circus families and all of them have been a first class act both in and out of the circus ring. Words can not replace the sadness of this time , but to Julie and Mauricio and Mario and Julianna and their immediate families we extend our deepest sympathy during this difficult time. I believe I speak for so many concerned friends and associates. From- Mary Ruth, Johnny, Laura, Cindy, Heidi and Weiner and all members of our family

Yes Marcos Droguett is related to the "Sarasota" Droguetts and also related to "Zapata" Barragon who's brother Henry is a well-known circus concessionairer manager.
I'm sorry I don't have the exact lineage--perhaps someone out there can provide more info.
