Anonymous said...: The spec includede big circus wagons with the "swan bandwagon" and four up percheron hitches. Mor than four could not have made the turns on the track. Tent was 150 with 50 ft. middle. 22 piece V. C. Walker Disneyland band played the show. Mousketeers rode our liberty ponies in spec. Alk Mickey Mouse characters were in spec ande "Cinderella coach" finale with eight pony hitch in reindeer horns pulling Santa and his sleigh.; 19 July, 2008 08:32
Anonymous said...: Walt Disney loved the circus and would frequently come thru the backyard in a top coat and cowboy hat and go up in the "blues" and watch the show. People around him would not even recognize him. He usually came for our last five-thirty twilight show. He always passed thru the horse and mule stable barn. Also a favorite.; 19 July, 2008 14:33
