This would presumably have been the ex-Forepaugh-Sells lead bandwagon. It is better known by the errant nickname "Columbia," as it was christened by George Christy.
Notice how high the window is. You can't see what you are getting back and if you try to count it, there was a tough canvasman ready to push you out of the way for the next ticket buyer.
Pure grift.
