The Horrid Deed Is Done! (From Buckles)

I did something this morning I have been putting off for months.
I weighed myself on the scale at Publix and as I feared, 256 pounds. As if that wasn't bad enough, a card came out saying, "One person at a time please!"
So like Jackie Gleason on TV, every Sunday I will post my current weight as well as the net loss.

From a fellow victim of the dreaded scale at Publix;

Before I moved to the sunshine state I was a regular at the local YMCA. I'd do my exercise of the day, shower, and weigh-in (couldn't use the heavy shoes excuse). My activites here; a slow walking golf game and floating in the pool didn't measure up to an aerobics class. That large dial on the Publix scale never seemed to retreat downward. I went to Walmart, got my own scale and check in daily. If it goes up, its a mini-food day. I'm slowly getting back to where I use to be.

Good luck

Buckles,
I have found that if you only put one foot on the scale and leave the other on the ground, the weight shown can be controlled very easily.
