Buckles, Again you come up with a great set of photos! These shots of the Wallace Bros. equiptment are perfect for the Circus Model Builders.

I have never seen a model truck show from that era. Is there anyone out there building one?

What wonderful circus history. I love those overland show pictures and the people depicted. Just great. All your blogs are good with great cross section, but sure like this set. More of the same. I could easily comment on each one and Walter Jennier was a great friend of our family. I remember him so well.

Great shots of this South Carolina based show, my Dad was a friend of Ray Rogers and still remember his talking about him being a great guy. Jimmy I built 1 model of a Barnett Bros truck from the 30`s, I did this for the Barnett Bros Ring of CMB that was here in S.C., I still have it and will send a picture of it. Give me you email address, mine is hguyon@aol.com

The Wallace Bros title was first used in 1909 by Lloyd and Lester Wallace. It next appeared under Ray Rogers ownership from 1937 through 1944. Ben Davenport used the title in 1952 and 1953. In 1961, the title for the show was Wallace Bros. Circus with Cristiani.

In 1962 - '63 and again in 1965 Cristiani-Wallace Bros.Circus was on the road with Lucio, Pete and Oscar Cristiani as owners.
