Calgary, Alberta #1 (From Toby Styles)

Ringling010, originally uploaded by bucklesw1. Buckles: Have been scanning some old negatives found these of Ringling unloading at Calgary, not sure of the year it was GGW first visit. Note that one of the train cars (I think a sleeper) had had a fire just prior to their arrival. I was working elephants at the Calgary Zoo at the time and the Federal Veterinarian asked me to come and help him inspect the elephants of course I jumped at the chance but I sure wasn't going to tell Gunther or anyone else anything about the health of the herd.
