He was also a very patient, good friend, to all the clownies coming out of the RBBB puppy mill.

To this day, the most valuable lessons I've learned about timing (comic and otherwise) are the ones I learned from Lou Jacobs. I always smile when I see pictures like this and count myself very fortunate to be part of a relatively small group of people who had the opportunity to study at his feet.
