I always liked those old Rounded front trailers...I check the classifieds at American Truck Historical site....Hopin to find one to use for the SS...Jimmy Hall says I'm Nuts....maybe he's right.......Jim zajicek
Only nuts if you want a matching tractor. Would look pretty slick with the right paint job and get pretty good fuel economy with the right import diesel pulling it. Might look too "European" though...lol
Curator,
I'll agree with Jimmy Hall on this one. You are nut's. Casey agrees also.
Wade Burck
Wade,
Agree???? I agree with Zych. The rounded front trailers look so cool, I am using a 1974 Harry Locker bear trailer to move my cat cat. I fits the antiquish look of all my other junk....
Zych,
Have rounded front trailer will make trade....9" I beam frame, has hauled elephants, bears, lions tigers, and more then likely some other critters. Aluminium floor...less then 10 owners.... ACT NOW!!!
Actually, I know where to get a restored '61 B68 Mack W/ 673 engine....Mr. Hall redlighted that plan...So I bought a 'o1 Freightliner W/ series 60 Detroit(Jimmmy approved).....My '86 41' horse trailer has a slightly rounded front .... Its Red, W/ silver roof and a Jim Hand lettering job....However, Those Beatty trailers are the look...They probaly had vacuum brakes but could be converted to air.....I'll keep lookin....Cause I am Nuts...Certified to be exact..Jim Zajicek
Casey, Shoot me a Photo.....Jim Zajicek
