From Wade Burck #3

WBurke03, originally uploaded by bucklesw1.

This one is for my "jealous" friends Jim Zyjicek and Casey Canine, who have such a good time with the "Gunther bra's" and blonde hair. The tiger is my shoulder carry tiger. I wanted to name her after a famous elephant on Ringling. I didn't think Anna May sounded "macho" for a tiger, so I named her Targa instead. She is the daughter of Frosty, and the great, great grandmother of Kabul that Mary Ann mentions, and the great, great, great, great, great, grandmother of Karma the corbette tiger. She and Ari produced some incredible offspring for Hawthorn, the greatest sire offspring was Ban Seri.

Zajicek,
You are right. It will never be up there with the Mortimer Sneerd look that you took to a new level in elephant acts. Give me some credit. I never stooped to the tiger stripe ensemble look. Casey and I chose too different individuals to emulate. Which one of us had more of a clue, do you supose?

All rite Zych,
I am in the process of dragging out my band uniform and horn rim glasses, until then I am going with the used car/ insurance salesman plaid suit. I will give your approach a go round as long as the powers that be accept your theory, "the people want to be able to relate with the guy doing the act, and it's easier if he is wearing what they wear" It is amazing that after emulating you and Wilbur as a kid, I even put on a costume period now days. Hope all is well in the south my friend.
Wade,
Never STOOPED????
You aren't fooling me friend, you can try to convince the circus fans you were trying to look like GGW, however David Cassidy just called me and he wants you to quit using his "look". He said the "look" was only great for about two years in the 70's he has since moved on, and suggests the same for you.

I like this, "People want you to dress the way they dress" thing. Especially in showgirls. I assume maybe the next great cat act, or elephant act for that matter will be wearing boxers, sagging shorts, Vons with no socks, a Misfits teeshirt, and his hat turned backwards. In ingenious part of it is that when you smack an animal with a skateboard to correct a behavior it carries none of the stigma of the whip or the bullhook.

Allright..If you two insist on These "Looks"..All I can say is...Too bad Vargas no longer plays SF...With the ever popular "Come as your Favorite Circus Fantasy" night....Jim Zajicek

Casey, Curator, and BEN!!!!
Listen to you with the Cookie from Route 66 hair do, Casey. You were born blonde so you had an advantage. What happened? You Curator, patched Gips antics in the ring, by making it seem like a clown number, costumed accordingly. And Ben, a performing tortise impressed you. What are you even commenting on. The wag finger, shake head no, blow a kiss is not anything new. It's been around for at least 5 years that I know of. But yes that costume idea, as opposed to the floss sting look is indeed frightning.
