In all fairness Mr. Irvin Feld was in complete charge of operations of the shows and Mattel had very little impact, if any, until they got involved with Circus World, and I believe they wish they hadn't done it. But from the day of Judge Hofheinz stroke until the Feldes actually bought the show, Irvin was in complete charge. It seemed it never worked out for Mattel to incorporate their Toy Bus. with the circus.
Doing a lot of advertising for my business, I would say that this ad is too busy and confusing. Ask any outdoor ad person and they will tell that you don't put this much clutter in any ad, print or outdoor.

To me it look like a toy ad, not for a Circus.
Bob, yes it is too busy!!
