Capt Lucky Eddie as well as being a longtime friend to Capt JRNII, was a groom for Hugo Schmidt on RBBB in the early 60's. He has some great stories about Mr. Schmidt and another groom known as Stosh.

Mister Curator, I believe you'd make a bit more off the slots and craps in the Pie Car over there on the improved Ringling Miller show. Now here in very rural Louisiana the play would have be in a dark corner of the midway where I believe that bare naked ladies of the oriental persuasion, maybe behind the moon bounce would earn almost as much as the pony ride.

Ben, I saw how JRN's Guy "Brad"
handled things in '52...JRNII is probably cut from the same cloth Perhaps your right....Maybe C&M is more Wide-open....Let me know what % you need to Patch.. and I'll start Huntin some Broads......Thanks...Jim Zajicek..P.S. My Buddy has a Razzle-Dazzle...Whatta you think....

Jim, that Brad guy was supposed to be tough till he let some clown fill him up with blood from one of those foreigners. Still think nuts and broads work best on these ‘burgs off the beaten path, but by all means bring the razzle board and the baffle blocks. We’ll frame it around a flat screen TV give-away for the points. Can patch Arkansas with corn dogs, floss and 2% of the gate.

Ben,
Is the 2% thru the ticket window or thru the gate? Maybe we can resurect Odie Dodie and make this a complete show.

Excuse me Mr.Kitto....Who said anything about "WE"...The deal is between Ben & I....We have the "X" on the Grift! Might I suggest you go back to Miller-Johnson '72 thread and pick-up where you left off Woo-ing Pat...If we decide a Jam is Order..I believe we can contract Jimmy Dixon....and maybe we can bring Buckles outta retirement...to watch out for his "Light"....Know doubt you are Qualified....Might I suggest you prop Walker Bros?..... Sincerely Jimmy "Gearhead" Zajicek

Ben and Jim,
Yeah!!!! This has already started out better then the white tiger deal. I'll just sit back and enjoy, cuz I'm way out of my league on this one.
Some day when my Grandchildren say, "Grandpa, what was a Tall Grass Showman?" I can say, "pull up a chair, and look at this."

Nah, Wade, you're not out of your league.

Just lay a sawbuck down and I'll show you how to double it.

I would certainly hope that Mr Burck is good for more than a sawbuck. I intend to suggest an ATM on the midway to allow patrons a better shot at winning if lucky hasn't yet been on their side.
