Maybe Pat Cashin can identify some of these clowns, looks like Paul Jerome in the wagon.
You can see another clown number working in the background also note the awning over the band at left.

The clown number in the background looks like the Firehouse-Save the Baby Number. The police wagon looks to have Paul Jerome in it. Pat can fill in the rest I'm sure.
