I can recall a story about the king Cole garb on the Cole show, told by jimmy Reynolds when the damsels who rode the bull failed to show,Buckles would this have been the same outfits?
J.C.Hall
The version I heard was that for some reason the gals were very late and Reynolds spotted a few big top canvas hands shooting craps and instructed them to load up.
Once aboard, one yelled "What do we do next?" and Reynolds answered "Smile and wave your wine bottles!"
This is quite the get up! What color was it? I liked the red and blue color of the other, more then the design. Prior to seeing it today, my favorite was the blue and gold dressing in the photo that plays at the top of the page (the picture with Ben and Barbara atop an elephant) The red and blue has a great effect. It must have been some chore to put all this on the four beasts.
Subject: A hoot to houda.
Buckles, on the legistics side, did the throne have a goose neck pivot behind the first cows or did they do a bit of shuffling?
P.S.Reynolds said two thirds around the track on the day in question, another bull hand tipped him off that the powers that be were waiting for him at the back door. Apperantley they did not have a sense of humor. He said he dove under the sidewall and blew the show over the prank.
Buckles,
"Smile and wave your wine bottles"!!! Another classic. This showbiz is all right.

When you deflower the show, you enflower the arena? Did I get this right?
