This picture was really popular with the press because Anna May had just come off the Jumbo movie and since Sidney and Hattie were with other shows, I "forgot" to mention that there were three elephants playing "Jumbo". |

Carmen is now married to Dave Tesch and styling with their elephant Lydia at their brand new beautiful house in Lake wales,Fl.
I detect a little sense of humor there this morning! I don't believe the elephant was the only reason this picture was popular with the press?
Tesch's Lydia is still standing. Good god, how old would she be, certainly past working age right?
Didn't Carmen meet a newspaper man in Vermont that she later married?
