I think ZEITUNG is paper or magazine, maybe card. Come Laugh at the Circus, Come be Amazed at the Circus, Come Marvel at the Circus, and Come Party at the Circus.
My German is not very good.

Mr. Bloomer, you were right on target, your german is accurate.
Zeitung can mean newspaper or journal or "paper"... it contains all the meanings you'd mentioned.
"Come laugh,,, at the circus" is also correct.
