Why would you cover up good looking girls? You can still have the military effect with wardrobe that enhances the features of the ladies. I can't believe you macho wannabe ladies men out there applauding what could easily be high school marching band uniforms and maybe they are. I'll go for an Ann Margaret look a like and you guys can droll over Mabel Stark or move to Saudi Arabia. I like the tiger trainer in Italy.
Col., don't suck up to the Blog Meister. At first I thought the comment, "macho wannabe ladies men", was directed at me, before I realized I hadn't commented on the wardrobe. It must have been directed at the "Blonde Test Site", ( kinda like Blonde Bombshell, only real different.) Let me know when your leaving for Italy. The Farrier from Texas want's to go also. I'll see if we can get a group rate, and I'll put on a macho wannabe ladies man clinic for you guy's, (including everything I learned from Pat Anthony.) If Buckles can square it with Barbara, he can come too. I'll school everybody at the same time. Wade Burck
For some twenty years it seems they have been trying to create a neuter society with woman in the military etc. and have probably succeeded. I am so glad that I had my day before all that crap.
And as to past presentations to Bello and Bo and comparisons, I would prefer to see Ben Williams and Debbie Chapman with Anna Mae in a Tarzan and Jane theme.
With the broads in the act a nice Hugo Schmidt tub sit up with a three girl mount would have been nice.
"Johnny" has a point how ever just seeing women-folk in an introduction of an act on the circus get's a thumbs up in this day and age, It gets quite sad when you see a lot of act's going out in tie-dyed under wear bought off the rack at Wally World in an ill-fated attempt at copying Cique-Du- Soleil, like the RBBB these days they forget to copy what go's along with it that can be quite appealing. I still admire the fact of the "Give A, S.H.I.T. Factor here shown in this set of photos. Definitely steps in the right direction. Keep up the good work you all.
Just an observation, if you please: The front leg stand on the revolving tub is a crowd pleaser. I am not an elephant expert, just sitting in the seats is me.
There was a time when the only place women could be seen in tights was at the circus or ballet, which, I'm sure was the reason many men went to shows in the Victorian era. Nowdays, with women's fashion being brief and cleavedge prominent, the 'new' circus is going the way of androgeny. Even the rhinestone and feather productions in Vegas are pretty much a thing of the past. I can't believe today's audiences wouldn't still prefer the mixture of sexuality and talent that has always been the hallmark of circus all over the world. Change isn't always good. Sometimes the tried and true is the way to go. HM
Anonomyous, You need to try to get to the Evansville Shrine Circus at Thanksgiving. That's where James C. Hall, Tim Frisco, and Mr. Paul Kaye, will be appearing along with myself, with a guest appearance by Pete Luvas, and possibly Jim Zajicek. Now, if that's not a boat load of hallmark sexuality and talent, I don't know what is. Wade Burck
Col. With all due respect....Sometimes....Less is more...meaning, less cleavage and leg (which has been played to the hilt) adds "Class", in a age when more is revealed by the patrons walking down the midway...then ever appeared on the inside of a Girl Show..(excluding the Blow-off)..In short, to reveal more nowadays...Cover it up..that leaves more to the imaginination..Which was the goal of the "Crotch Shots" of old.....Jim Zajicek
ASHEBORO - Three African elephants arrived at the North Carolina Zoo this past weekend, bringing the zoo's elephant collection to seven, the largest in its history.
Artie, a 24-year-old male, arrived Friday. Tonga, a 29-year-old female, and her 5-year-old female calf, Batir, were delivered Sunday, according to a news release. All three traveled to Asheboro via truck from Riddle's Elephant and Wildlife Sanctuary near Greenbrier, Ark.
The three were placed in a new $2.5 million elephant holding barn constructed as part of the "Watani Grasslands Reserve," an $8.5 million renovation and expansion of the N.C. Zoo's elephant and rhinoceros facilities.
Following a mandatory 30-day quarantine required of all new animals arriving at the zoo, the three elephants will be gradually introduced to the rest of the elephant collection, a process that could take several months. ------------------------------- I didn't know where to post this but just wanted to let everyone know about it.
