I've never been bored with the tents going up and down -- a life long love affair in all kinds of weather. But this year spending six weeks in the spring watching a tent go up once a week and taking a day and a half to do it, somehow it transformed the job from urgent to entirely mundane. Still looked great in the air, but there was nothing special about how it got there. When you've got two days to get something done that could be done in five hours, if it rains you sit in Denny's reading the paper until it lets up. Very odd.

Ben, Rev. Jim Jones had an easy time convincing people that Kool-Aid was good for them. I'll bet it would have been harder the second time around. Wade Burck
