Mstislav Zapashny is the current Circus Minister (Director) of Rogoscyrk, the Russian State Circus. Mstislav is the father of Mstislav Zapashny Jr. of the tigers and mirrored balls fame. As a performer, the senior Mstislav is most famous for his presentation of elephants and tigers together in a "peaceable kingdom".
