I just seen the ORIGINAL Perry Bros Circus at Wangeratta in Victoria Australia. They told me you tried to take the name.
They said your circus is called Albertos.
What is your side of the story.

no you did not see the original perry bros circus my father and my cousin lorraine maynard who runs the current perry circus. were brothers.
the original circus finshed in the
late 1940s and i have the full story including the court cases im my book sawdust & headaches that goes to press in 4 weeks.

and lorraine maynard's father jim perry were brothers lorraine runs the current perry circus yes we did start as alberto's and lorraine
started as mills. in fact they tried to stops from using our name.
all is disclosed including the court case in my book sawdust & headaches due out in about a month

dad started our about 1958 after lorraine and uncle jim started out as mills you and your brothers were with us when we had perry bros & Bullens 3 RING CIRCUS IN 1985 THE ORIGINAL PERRY'S FINSHED IN LATE 1947 BUT STILL MY DAD ALBY WAS A PARTNER IN THE ORIGINAL PERRY'S AS WAS HIS SISTERS DORIS PHILLIS & ELIZABETH & BROS HENERY
AND EDWARD THE ORIGINAL CIRCUS WAS IN THE NAME OF MY GRAND MOTHER MARY ELLEN PERRY REGARDS ROBERT PERRY

Ashley is my brother. He is now living in Gosford Australia, he runs a circus school.
