The Haag design isn't much different from the 1872 Robinson ticket wagon, indicating that the basic concept for an overland ticket wagon was fixed for many decades. This one lacks the clerestory but has side opening ventilators. The JR concept is better engineered in that regard, as hot air vents from it, Haag's kept it bottled up.
