The Circus World Museum 1985

Most, if not all of these pictures were taken by my friend Jim Peterson.

To clarify things, I have always stated that I was with the Big Apple Circus for nineteen seasons 1982 thru 2000. What I meant to say was that we supplied them with elephants over that period.
Since we were in Baraboo at this time, Ben and "Anna May" would have been Big Apple and so forth. We alternated each year providing a fresh act for each venue.
This policy continued in the 1990's but with Catskill Game Farm as the alternate.

I find it interesting learning tid bits about your career, as well as your family, such as this blog and a recent one on which you pointed out a horse your father rode when he was an elephant trainer on that circus. What are doing at this point in your career (other than maintaining a daily blog)?

Not much, the elephants have long since been retired to an Elephant Sanctuary in Arkansas and between the Blog, NFL football an an occasional trip to the club in Sarasota, that's about all the excitement I can stand.
