In memory of Harry Rawls.

I received this tribute by way of my friend Don Covington.

"Today, Friday August 17, is the day that they buried Harry Rawls in Showmens
Rest, Hugo, OK. I've been told his marker reads: "Gone ahead to lay out the
lot." I hope we don't blow the arrows."

Harry Rawls was a class act in the circus world. Harry and Mary rasised a wonderful family that is well respected in show business. David ran Kelly Miller and Bob is a show painter and other's in there family left their mark in the show world.
Harry and Mary and Mari Jo Couls, were a great team and put King Bros. Circus on the map as a real money maker and made Frak McClosky real happy.
Harry Rawls, was a true circus friend to the end of all us fans and it was my pleasure to have known him for many years.
One with it and for it to the very end.
May you rest in piece and follow the arrows to the next lot.
