From Henry Penndorf #1

Beijing, China.1, originally uploaded by bucklesw1.

Our youngest son returned from a trip to Beijing, China recently. While he was there he took a number of pictures. The two pictures that are attached (I hope) he said he took just for me. The pictures are from a park near the Ming Tombs. They are of basically an outdoor table and chairs. The interesting part of the table and chairs is that they are sculptures of elephants. He knew with my fondness for elephants that I would appreciate the pictures. I thought I would share them with you. If you look closely at the table you will notice that the table top is supported by the trunks of sitting elephants. Our son say that they can be found in parks all over Be! ijing, including along "Spirit Way".
