The type of single tree and front axle below the elephant's mouth along with the spilt footboard and rounded top of the other baggage would tell me that this is Ringling lot. Can't make out the flag to be sure. Had to carry the double bladed assagai to keep the rest of the canvas crew in line wearing that get up....
If you blow this photo up you can see the 'ling' of Ringling and the 'thers' of brothers in the flag on top of the tent. Also the foot brake and spilt footboard design is a Bill Yeska trademark. P.J.Holmes
