I seem to recall that the Hodgini's were actually English with the name of Hodges, but became Hodgini's to sound more theatrical. Can anyone verify this or is this just one of those vivid figments of my over active imagination?
I seem to remember Joe being referred to as Joe Hodges Hodgini.
This is the act Otto Griebling did the comedy riding for, isn't it?
This would have been taken long after Otto's involvement with the act.
Anyone know if the act was always "Native American" themed? I'd imagine it's pretty hard to do a Poodles Hanneford-style comedy riding act while wearing a full headdress like that.
