A near fight to the death getting pictures sent out this morning. In the words of William S. Gilbert ....."He squirmed and struggled, and gurgled and guggled!" Something must be done. I explained to my "banker" that the time for a new computer had arrived and she quickly pointed out that this one had cost $1,700 and at my age it would be a race to see who died first, me or the new machine. I later asked Shannon how much a computer would cost that was only required to last about four years and he explained that the screen, printer and scanner were fine, the only things needing replacement were the black box and the keyboard with all the letters rubbed off. So we are taking off for Best Buy in the morning as soon as I get the Carson & Barnes pictures sent out. |

Good Luck Buckles on your new Computer.
Last year Rudi got so fed up hearing me cuss out my PC that he insisted that that I go and buy a new one so he could get a bit of piece & quiet.
Surprise, surprise this new one, although can do a lot more than my old one is certainly more temperamental.
I am sure these machines have a mind of their own.
So again, Very best of luck!
I go to Michael's in regency Square by Best Buy, & buy those little paper stick on letters, they last longer than the ones on the key board.
You want to borrow my twenty pound PC repair tool, it's fool proof, made by a computer repairman named Sledge Hammer.
