I would say this photo of the stake driver with the elephants pulling it is Cole Bros.
Ringling and Dailey had rubber tired stake drivers and Cole when they were out West bought a ton of old Mack truck hard steel and rubber tired wheels. Us fans call them carnival wheels.
To me this was a smart move as the War was coming and they did not to change spare tires and had no flats tires with these wheels.
Buckles, will have the final say as this was just a guess on my part.
