"Tena" 1950 #1

SAVE2851, originally uploaded by bucklesw1. This is the same elephant seen in yesterday's Downie Bros. article, 23 years later, having been purchased from Russell Hall in 1942. The band sleeper in the background was a converted automobile carrier and since the rear axle was so far back it managed to take down many a gate post when pulling on the lot.
