 Surprising how sloppy the banner line is. Judging from the flags, it doesn't look too windy. You would think that the banners would either be all the way up or half masted.  |

The grifters chineses was to put up the sids show banner line and they would do a sloppy job until Zack Terrel would arrive on the lot and raise hell with them and make them guy it out.
