I got to meet Mr. Snowden in a round about way. I was writing to Harold Barnes several questions for him to answer. Harold said did you know I have a family member in Beaumont, Texas. I said no I did not know and he said he is in town with his Last Supper show in wax. Bob was at our mall with the show. I went up and introduced my self and what a wonderful person he and Lucy are.
Lucy manned the show and Bob and I sat out fron cutting up jackpots.
What circus stories he told and his adventures with the circus. About his King Bros. show and the Duke of Paducah show.
Fred Pfening had a wonderal article on him in the Bandwagon.
What I would like to hear more about, is the planning of the East and West coast Clyde Beatty-Cole Bros. circus and if that would have come off that would have changed circus history.
Well Bob and Lucy was a pleasure to meet and they were always dressed so nice, a real class act.
Bob had medical trouble here in town but all turned out great and Frank Pealer who is kin to Lucy called and I went out and helped them load out the wax show.
Saw bob and Luck again at the L. E. Barnes circus opening.
They both are great show folks and are the best to circus fans.
Bob thanks for a fun time here in town.
