Back cover of the book, Sandor Komlos?

Thank you for your posting of the picture of Sandor Komlos. I appreciate even more, knowing that you were posting these pictures in alphabetical order. When I mentioned my "quest", and said that Sandor Komlos had appeared with Circus Krone in 1978 and 1989, I was hoping that with all the pictures that Sue Lenz has sent of Circus Krone, she might have a couple of Sandor Komlos in her collection. Again Thank you. Here is rough translation for the caption of Sandor Komlos' picture...“Sandor Komlos (1944 Budapest/Hung! ary), 1977, in the Circus Budapest with eight lions. The world sensation is the stretcher trick with that 353 pounds of heavy lion on Sandor's shoulders, on which then still the 110 pounds heavy Elvira Komlos sits". Now, how many wives would want or permit their weight, to be published in a book? Some additional information on the pictures that I sent to you earlier. The Zapashny Brothers...Askold is 29 years old, his brother Edgar is approximately 30 years old. Their parents are Walter and Tanyana Zapashny. In the picture "Zapashny Brothers #2", Edgar is ridding the lion, and the lion's name is Mickie or Mike (translation). By the difference in their hair styles, I would guess that it is Askold who has his head in the tigers mouth. The Bagdasarovs...Karina is 33 years old. Artur is 28 years old.&nbs! p; From what I read (translation cliche), I believe that the are third generation circus. Their father is Mikhail Bagdasarov, a celebrated Russian wild animal trainer. In 1991, Karina joined her father in presenting an 18 tiger act, called "Tiger Show". Karina has now paired with her brother, Artur to present their current tiger act.Since we are on the subject of wild animal trainers...I miss your postings of "Lords of the Lions", "Titans of Tigers" and "Ladies of the Steel Arena" featuring Mr. Cole's excellent pictures. Any plans for these in the near future? If Mr. Cole has them, I would like to see a few more pictures of Daniel Raffo's tiger presentation from his first tour with Ringling Brothers, and some pictures of Marco and Phillip Peter's mixed cage act.I am still working on trying to get my scanner to work. Unfortunately, my computer "guru" lives in Alexandria, Virginia. Here in the Northeast, we are expecting some very harsh weather throughout today. The weather forecasters have predicted a storm the likes of that we haven't seen here in some ten to fifteen years. We are supposed to have high winds, heavy rains, snow in some areas, flooding and possible power outages. They did stop short of predicting plagues of locusts. Both the Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Mets have already called off their respective games for today. I guess we are in for the day.Stay well,Henry
